- Black Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the onion by peeling and slicing it thinly (about 1/8 inch). Layer these slices evenly in the frozen pie crust.
- Whisk together the eggs and half and half in a bowl until well combined.
- Incorporate the chopped herbs, mustard, Parmesan, salt, and pepper into the egg mixture.
- Layer the shredded cheese over the onions, followed by crumbled goat cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture carefully over the cheese and onion layers.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
