  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the onion by peeling and slicing it thinly (about 1/8 inch). Layer these slices evenly in the frozen pie crust.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and half and half in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the chopped herbs, mustard, Parmesan, salt, and pepper into the egg mixture.
  5. Layer the shredded cheese over the onions, followed by crumbled goat cheese on top.
  6. Pour the egg mixture carefully over the cheese and onion layers.
  7. Bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
