Ingredients
- Halloumi cheese
- Wraps or tortillas
- Sweet chili sauce
- Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- Herbs (fresh cilantro or parsley)
Instructions
- Start by slicing the halloumi cheese into about ½-inch thick slices.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. If you like a little extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Once hot, add the halloumi slices to the pan. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- While the halloumi is grilling, chop your vegetables into thin strips.
- Take a wrap or tortilla and place a generous spoonful of sweet chili sauce in the center. Layer on the grilled halloumi slices and top with your fresh vegetables and herbs.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
