Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese
  • Wraps or tortillas
  • Sweet chili sauce

  • Herbs (fresh cilantro or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the halloumi cheese into about ½-inch thick slices.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. If you like a little extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Once hot, add the halloumi slices to the pan. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. While the halloumi is grilling, chop your vegetables into thin strips.
