  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder or ½ teaspoon strawberry extract plus a drop of pink food gel
  • 23 teaspoons all-purpose flour (if needed to adjust dough consistency)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into three portions.
  7. Color one portion with strawberry powder and gel, and the second with matcha powder.
  8. Shape and marble the dough into defined swirls.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes until just golden at the edges.
  11. Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
