Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into three portions.
- Color one portion with strawberry powder and gel, and the second with matcha powder.
- Shape and marble the dough into defined swirls.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes until just golden at the edges.
- Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
