A delightful frozen yogurt treat that combines fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of salt.
  3. Combine the blended strawberries with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  5. Freeze the mixture using an ice cream maker or by stirring in a shallow dish every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
  6. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for better sweetness. Chill all ingredients beforehand to ensure creaminess. Experiment with add-ins like vanilla or mint.
