Instructions
- Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of salt.
- Combine the blended strawberries with the yogurt mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- Freeze the mixture using an ice cream maker or by stirring in a shallow dish every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
