Description
A quick and refreshing Strawberry Dole Whip that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet indulgence at home.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. If frozen fruits are slightly stuck, let them thaw for easier blending.
- Add frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, and coconut milk to a blender. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and sweeten with honey or maple syrup, blending again if desired.
- Scoop into bowls or cones. For a firmer texture, freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
For an Instagram-worthy presentation, garnish with fresh fruit slices or coconut flakes. Best eaten fresh but can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
