- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar (for cheesecake filling)

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup strawberry puree

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and strawberry puree until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with fresh strawberries and serve.
