- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in sweetened condensed milk and strawberry puree.
- Gently combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Layer half the mixture in a loaf pan, drizzle with half the strawberry sauce, and sprinkle half the graham crackers. Repeat the layers.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut cream and dairy-free cream cheese.
