Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon-Sugar Mix
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and shape flour tortillas into taco shells. Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth and gently fold in the heavy whipping cream.
  3. Cook fresh strawberries with cornstarch until thickened and mash some berries for texture.
  4. Fill taco shells with the cream cheese mixture and top with strawberry sauce just before serving.
