Description

Easy and delicious homemade strawberry ice cream made with fresh strawberries, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups Heavy cream, cold
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Chop strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Whip the cold heavy cream until fluffy.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk gently.
  4. Add half of the strawberries and their juice. Mix gently.
  5. Pour into a freezer-safe dish and top with remaining strawberries.
  6. Freeze overnight, checking after 5 hours for texture.

Notes

Make sure to use cold ingredients for the best texture. Swirl in a pinch of salt for enhanced sweetness and avoid overmixing.
