- 2 cups Fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups Heavy cream, cold
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Chop strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Whip the cold heavy cream until fluffy.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk gently.
- Add half of the strawberries and their juice. Mix gently.
- Pour into a freezer-safe dish and top with remaining strawberries.
- Freeze overnight, checking after 5 hours for texture.

Make sure to use cold ingredients for the best texture. Swirl in a pinch of salt for enhanced sweetness and avoid overmixing.
