Spicy Sriracha shrimp served in cucumber boats.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 large cucumbers (halved lengthwise)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Optional: Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a spoon to create a boat shape. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Spoon the spicy shrimp mixture into each cucumber half, filling them generously.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if using) over the filled cucumber boats.
  5. Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer or snack.
