- ½ cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Carrots and celery sticks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets into the batter bowl and toss them thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the batter.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them for even cooking. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are lightly browned and starting to crisp.
- While the cauliflower bakes, mix the hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice in a small bowl until fully blended to create the buffalo sauce.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush each piece generously with the buffalo sauce. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cauliflower bites are browned and slightly caramelized.
- Serve the spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side, accompanied by fresh carrot and celery sticks for a classic and tasty pairing.
