Description

A delightful and quick dessert combining melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham cracker crunch, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish evenly.
  4. Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Scatter peanut butter chips on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate has melted.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

For easy removal, you can line the baking dish with parchment paper.
