- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish evenly.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Scatter peanut butter chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate has melted.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For easy removal, you can line the baking dish with parchment paper.
