Description

A rich and creamy holiday drink made with white chocolate, milk, and candy cane for a festive touch.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk (whole or semi-skimmed)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed Christmas candy canes (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk, heavy cream, white chocolate chips, and peppermint extract into a slow cooker. Stir lightly to distribute the ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook over low heat for 120 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes.
  3. Once the mixture is hot and smooth, pour it into mugs.
  4. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream to the top of each mug, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes.

Notes

Try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. Use quality white chocolate for the best taste. For a vegan version, substitute coconut cream and non-dairy milk.
