- 4 cups milk (whole or semi-skimmed)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed Christmas candy canes (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pour the milk, heavy cream, white chocolate chips, and peppermint extract into a slow cooker. Stir lightly to distribute the ingredients.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 120 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Once the mixture is hot and smooth, pour it into mugs.
- Add a generous dollop of whipped cream to the top of each mug, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
Notes
Try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. Use quality white chocolate for the best taste. For a vegan version, substitute coconut cream and non-dairy milk.
