- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef along with the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess grease from the meat mixture.
- Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir well and allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto your hamburger buns and serve.
