- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce and stir in the shrimp and crab until shrimp are pink.
- In a baking dish, layer the seafood mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, and then noodles repeatedly.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
