Description

A delightful and creamy seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat the Alfredo sauce and stir in the shrimp and crab until shrimp are pink.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the seafood mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, and then noodles repeatedly.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
