Instructions

- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread bread cubes or potatoes evenly on the bottom. Add cooked sausage and optional vegetables, then sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over all ingredients, ensuring everything is well coated.
