Description

A creamy and cheesy Sausage Cheese Dip that’s perfect for gatherings and game days, made in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage (Italian or breakfast sausage)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked sausage.
  3. Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
