- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
- ½ cup Dark chocolate (melted)
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Festive sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir until boiling, then boil for 2 minutes.
- Spread oyster crackers on the baking sheet. Pour hot caramel over crackers, coating evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
Customize with additional toppings like sprinkles or coconut flakes. For a healthier option, use coconut oil instead of butter.
