- 2 cups red wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
