Instructions

- Whisk Ingredients: In a spacious mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and scraped vanilla seeds until the mixture is pale and frothy.
- Add Color: Carefully mix in red food coloring until you achieve that iconic red velvet hue.
