- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup warm water, yeast, and honey. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy, indicating the yeast is active.
- Add the flour, softened butter, and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring to combine. Gradually pour in the remaining ½ cup of warm water, mixing between additions until a dough ball forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 7-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a dishcloth, and let it rest and rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- While the dough is rising, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add finely grated garlic, chopped parsley, and Italian seasoning. Stir the mixture and cook for 2 minutes to infuse flavors, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a 1-inch thick tube. Slice into 1-inch pieces evenly.
