Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the potato sticks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each potato stick into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
