Description

Deliciously crispy potato cheese sticks made in the air fryer for a quick and easy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the potato sticks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each potato stick into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  4. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
