Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, piri-piri sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks to the marinade. Ensure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
