Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream, blending until smooth.
  6. Fold in cooked egg noodles.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
