Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the tomato sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream, blending until smooth.
- Fold in cooked egg noodles.
