Description

A delightful blend of traditional Italian tiramisu and the unique flavor of pistachio, creating a creamy and luxurious dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 100ml strong coffee
  • 200g savoiardi sponge fingers
  • 300ml double cream
  • 75g icing sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 100g pistachio paste
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering and measuring everything.
  2. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool.
  3. Whip the double cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in the mascarpone and pistachio paste.
  5. Soak each sponge finger in coffee for a couple of seconds on each side.
  6. Layer the soaked sponge fingers and pistachio cream mixture in a serving dish.
  7. Pipe extra pistachio paste on top and decorate.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.
  9. Remove from fridge for 20 minutes before serving and garnish with chopped pistachios.

Notes

For best texture, ensure the mascarpone is at room temperature before mixing.
