- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pistachio paste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add pistachio paste, vanilla, and salt.
- Whip heavy cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and garnish with crushed pistachios before serving.

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Chill tools before whipping cream for better volume.
