  • 1 cup Powdered sugar (Adjust for less sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, stirring until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar until well combined, then whisk in the eggs.
  4. Incorporate the flour and salt gently, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  6. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it’s just simmering.
  7. Combine the simmering cream with the chopped pistachios and powdered sugar, stirring until smooth.
