Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- In another bowl, cream together the butter until smooth, then mix in milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- In each cupcake liner, place a slice of pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar. Fill each cup with batter until about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate and enjoy warm.
