Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup juice or water (for blending)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth and pour into a bowl.
- Rinse the blender and blend pineapple chunks and ice with a splash of water or juice until frosty.
- Layer the strawberry blend and pineapple blend in a glass, alternating between the two.
- Swirl gently with a skewer or spoon and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen fruit for the best results. A high-speed blender is recommended for a smoother texture.
