- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and cutting into chunks. Blend until smooth, leaving some texture if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container, smoothing the top.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm and scoopable.
- Serve and enjoy, optionally garnishing with fresh pineapple chunks or mint.
