Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2025 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Allow dough to come to room temp for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F with a baking sheet inside.
  3. Roll out dough into two 8-inch circles.
