- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Allow dough to come to room temp for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°F with a baking sheet inside.
- Roll out dough into two 8-inch circles.
- Mix cheeses and spices; spread sauce on half.
- Assemble and bake for 12-15 minutes.
