- 4 ripe pears, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the diced pears with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and spread in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add cold butter and hazelnuts, rubbing into a crumbly texture.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the pears.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
