Description

Quick and delightful Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars, perfect for hot summer days or as a guilt-free snack any time of year.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural, creamy or chunky)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools. Whisk the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. If desired, stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
  3. Line the bottom of your baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, lift the mixture out by the parchment paper and cut into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
