Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural, creamy or chunky)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and tools. Whisk the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
- Line the bottom of your baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, lift the mixture out by the parchment paper and cut into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
