Delicious no-bake Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars that deliver creamy, peanut-buttery goodness with minimal effort.

- 480 g (2 cups) plain Greek yogurt
- 160 g (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) honey
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt
- 80 g (1/2 cup) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Whisk together yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture into the chilled pan and smooth the top.
- Freeze until firm, approximately 45-60 minutes.
- Lift the slab out using the parchment overhang, slice into bars, and serve.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess. The bars can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
