- 64 g (4 tbsp) natural peanut butter
- 120 g (1 medium) frozen banana
- 120 g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
- 30 g (1 scoop) protein powder (optional)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 120 g (1 cup) ice
- Pinch of fine salt (optional)
Instructions
- Chill or brew the coffee.
- Measure the main ingredients.
- Add ice and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Smoothies are best served immediately as texture can change if left standing. For creamier texture, blend peanut butter with milk first.
