  • 240 ml (1 cup) whole milk
  • 64 g (4 tbsp) natural peanut butter
  • 120 g (1 medium) frozen banana
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 30 g (1 scoop) protein powder (optional)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 120 g (1 cup) ice
  • Pinch of fine salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill or brew the coffee.
  2. Measure the main ingredients.
  3. Add ice and salt.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
