Description

Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl Cookies combine fudgy brownie with creamy peanut butter for an irresistible treat. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips to create a rich batter.
  7. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  8. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each cookie dough dollop. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie base.
  9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
