Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (plus more for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and egg until just combined.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the cooked sausage evenly, then pour the pancake batter over it.
