Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and egg until just combined.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the cooked sausage evenly, then pour the pancake batter over it.
