- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)

Instructions
- Follow these easy steps to create your delicious Oreo Truffles:
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed. You can also place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin if you don’t have a food processor.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until well combined and smooth.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the truffles are firm.
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the semi-sweet chocolate. You can do this in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Adding a tablespoon of coconut oil can help make the chocolate coating smoother.
- Remove the chilled truffles from the refrigerator. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, using a fork to help coat them evenly. Tap off any excess chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed Oreos or other toppings on top of the chocolate-covered truffles before the chocolate hardens.
