- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Orange food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls and add orange juice, zest, and food coloring to one bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon the orange mixture into the crust, then add dollops of the plain filling on top and swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once set, carefully remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve garnished with additional orange zest.
Notes
Allow cheesecake to chill overnight for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
