Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Freshly baked crusty bread, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by finely mincing the garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
  3. Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the herb mixture. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
