Ingredients

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Freshly baked crusty bread, sliced
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by finely mincing the garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the herb mixture. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- If desired, add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to enhance sweetness.
- Transfer the dip to a shallow serving dish and serve immediately with slices of warm, crusty bread for dipping.
