Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: spices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of serving cups.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently until combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese filling over the crust in each cup.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
