A creamy and decadent no-bake cheesecake combining the rich flavors of German chocolate cake with a luscious cheesecake filling.

- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top and sprinkle with additional coconut and pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Run a knife around the edge of the springform pan before releasing the latch to remove the cheesecake. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, prepare the cheesecake the night before and let it set overnight. This cheesecake can be customized with your favorite toppings.
