A rich and gooey No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie that’s quick and perfect for busy days.

- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, for extra flair
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth. Cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Slowly add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well until combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and smooth it out. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling. Don’t skimp on the chilling time for the best texture.
