Instructions
- Start by cutting the mozzarella sticks in half if they are too long.
- Sprinkle the Nashville hot seasoning generously over each slice of beef bacon.
- Wrap a slice of seasoned beef bacon around each half mozzarella stick and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- In one bowl, place flour; in another, beat some eggs.
- Dip each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and back into the flour.
- In a deep pan or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
- Carefully place the coated mozzarella sticks in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve the mozzarella sticks hot, drizzled with extra hot seasoning or your favorite dipping sauce.
