- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate crescent roll triangles on a clean surface.
- On the wide end of each triangle, place one slice of pepperoni, followed by a stick of mozzarella cheese, and optionally, an additional slice of pepperoni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly from the wide edge towards the point, placing each roll seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
Notes
Feel free to customize the filling with different toppings, such as bell peppers or olives. For a dairy-free version, use vegan cheese and skip the egg wash.
