Description

Irresistibly easy and delicious Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls that are quick to make and perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate crescent roll triangles on a clean surface.
  3. On the wide end of each triangle, place one slice of pepperoni, followed by a stick of mozzarella cheese, and optionally, an additional slice of pepperoni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the wide edge towards the point, placing each roll seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with different toppings, such as bell peppers or olives. For a dairy-free version, use vegan cheese and skip the egg wash.
