- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl and blend until smooth.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat to about 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the donuts using a piping bag and carefully squeeze the batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and top as desired.
