  • 3/4 cup brown light sugar in a jar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter that is unsalted and has been melted

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of milk

How to Make Mini Cinnamon Roll Cheesecakes

Follow these simple steps to make yourself your very own home-cooked cinnamon cheesecake bites:

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line the muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix in a large bowl together the sugar, Graham cracker crumbs, as well as cinnamon and the melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press around one tablespoon of the crust mix inside each muffin liner.
  4. Bake the cake for about 5 minutes.  Then, set aside for cooling.
