Description

Deliciously creamy and festive cheesecake bites topped with a whimsical whipped cream tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Edible glitter or cinnamon for topping
  • Fresh cranberries or cherries for garnish
  • Gold pearl sprinkles
  • Half cinnamon sticks for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin pan with parchment or use mini cheesecake molds.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until sandy. Press 2–3 tbsp into each mold, packing firmly. Bake for 6–8 minutes, then let cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth (about 1 minute). Add sugar and beat again. Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  4. Spoon filling evenly over crusts, almost to the top. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes, until centers are just set but slightly jiggly. Let cool at room temp, then chill for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
  5. Heat heavy cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes, then spoon over each cheesecake.
  6. Beat cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Pipe upward in layers to form a tree shape. Add toppings as desired.
  7. Decorate with cranberries, gold pearls, and cinnamon stick. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight before serving. Customize toppings to fit your theme or taste preferences.
