Description

A refreshing and quick marinated salad made with crisp cucumbers, sweet onions, and juicy tomatoes, enhanced with a tangy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
