Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
